come on guys wtf are u doing, stop changing stats of items and all that bs that doesnt matter and FOCUS on fixing the game. there is NO reason that a game should crash this far after release, if the game cant connect it crashs, if some one lags it too hard it crashs. PLZ just focus on making the game work and worry about ballance after that. there is a reason most people bash this game and u lose people everyday. i have got several friends into the game and none of them play cause of the LONG list of problems, also im tired of seeing these Brad posts bout all the cool shit thats going to happen and none of it has, iv been playin for a couple months now and i recall seeing a post by him saying NEW DEMIGODS soon and he stated that it would be a matter of weeks but that didnt happen.

I completely agree this game is more than 2 1/2 months after release and it feels like I'm testing a game in early beta.  I like the game...wait I should say I like the genre unfortunatly this happens to be one of the only choices....well the industry is catching on and this game will be just a small bump in the road when they look at the early stages of the MOBA genre.  I see a TON of fan boys posting their love for this game but c'mon guys how long do you have to be BEATEN down before you lose hope?  Now I know a bunch of you nerd ragers are like "well if you dont like the game dont play" stfu and come up with something new I want to play games of this genre I just dont have a selection yet.  Unfortunatly I've given this game enough time to come along and with the 2 1/2 months that its been out the things that were supposedly "fixed" are minimal and I would argue that they havent been fixed much at all.  I mean alt tab CRASH almost every time wtf connection issues all over the place.  Also I remember reading in early May that within a few weeks we'd hear about new Demigods and maps but its late June and NOTHING yet...I mean are these aliens from area 52 that you need to keep secret?  You should tell people just to keep them interested in this turd log of a game.  Oh and also if you want to make Pantheon and skirmish work put in a TEAM QUE it would fix it more than anything else you are trying to do.  And please do check my record I am a team que'er...before you bitch at me and say I'm not skilled please come challenge me to a game.  Anywho flame away fanboys FLAME AWAY.

Making a game isnt easy. Making an online arena game were you have very competitive people who constantly harass you with problems with balance and exploits that are game breaking and ruining the game for the people who are happy to play the game despite occasional slow starting games or crashes, isnt easy.

With 1.1 you didnt notice that games started alot smoother? I did, I have yet to end up in a 3vs2 pantheon and oh ai teammate. They are fixing the game, fixing connections, adding content, releasing mod kits, and listening to all thier whinny fans to make the game better, which is more than you'll get from 95% of the game development industry.

lawl because if its released by a "decent" reputable company then it has all of the stuff you mentioned FROM DAY 1.  lol I mean this games MASSIVE player base is a testament to how awsomely flawed this game is compared to others that are released...they patch quicker if something is screwy and they work generally a lot better and have more of things that are REQUIRED from an online PVP game than Demigod has.  These things you've mentioned come a little to late....by the time they hit there will be about 1500 people (WOOHOO) at any given time to actually benefit from them.  Being the gold medalist in the special olympics isnt anything to brag about =\.

haha well i guess i play more or somthing cause of the 38 matches so far at least 10 of them had comps, and try to alt tab 10 times in a row, bet u cant. i can sit here all day and bitch but thats not the point of this post i just wanted the Creators to focus on the game working properly and focus on ballance later

 Well if you are upset with ai opponents you should be pissed at the players quitting your game when it starts ^_^

And yes I have had to alt tab out of the game where it froze up in the menus, but it wasnt a big deal, just ctrl alt delete, task manager, end task, open impulse, and play game. Its not a deal breaker for me though, my comp isnt that great and not unexpected. Honestly it rarely happens to me. If it happens every game for you i think you might want to check your drivers, and it might help to go into the sound menu and unclick reverb. Helped me.

And depending on who you ask, like me, balance is a part of making the game work ;P .

well -pod- you obviously have a game version i think the beta testers had aswell? meaning: somehow everything worked in test fase. and when they release it goes boom to crap piece of crap. game is great and inovative. but COMON. today i have played 4 a 5 games where i could have played over 20. we had so many problems.. so many.. and different ones that is. nat facilitator erros.. freezes when we press internet buttons.. forums that are amazingly slow. freezes when we win a game. unendless proxie connetions. this game is more flawed then my grandma's wrinkled body

I can agree with that, but the rest of your post is more out of frustration than the truth. There are crashes sometimes, but it doesn't make the game unplayable. The game works, it's just badly lacking with community features and the promised new content.

Im tired of you and Aegius trying to join pantheon as a team.  I played against the 2 of you twice yesterday, then had a long string of broken games because one of you would be in my connect screen and then bail cuz your buddy wasnt in there. When you do this it automattically replaces you with AI and starts the game

If you want to play as a team play custom mode, or wait until they add team join options.

Too be Honest,Im kinda getting tired of this Game.I think it was worth my money,but i also think that this game wont have more than a few hundred people playing it at best by the end of the year.Despite what Stardock says about this game,Im pretty sure that this was a quick cash in.8 heros and 8 maps without much depth is not a great way to wow a crowd,then they promise more content and fixes,but the Insane delay on something as simple as just 2 new heros shows a MASSIVE lack of commitment from the developer.Take this last patch as an example,The few features they added(The random option for Demigod Selection) consistently selects the SAME heros,and this last patch just reset ALL of my favour items(As in,i have no bought items,i had no score but the achievements were still all recorded,so i couldn't quickly rack up favour again).A simple patch,and it created more problems than it fixed.To be honest i dont think that their communist approach was a wonderful idea either.By Communist i mean "Well if one person lags,They should ALL lag!!" and "Well if one idiot plays the game with a pathetic system,we shouldn't punish them,lets just slow down EVERYONES game so they can catch up!". I really hope that they either finnaly finish this game(If you need more money then just offer us additional heros for a price!!If they are good,i wouldnt mind paying!!) or actually admit that they needed to cover their costs and sold the game before they finished it.I do Apologize if this causes any hurt or aggitation,but i was really fond of this game when i bought it,and i think it could be a great game,if only they cared enough to give the game the attention it so desperatly needs

i have to disagree completly! since 1.1 i am unable to play multiplayer or even singleplayer! i´m always getting an unhandled exception!

it looks like they make things worse with every patch....

 

i agree with the OP, please carry about unnecessary things later. who the hell needs mod support?!

 

FIX THE GAME BEFORE ADDING CONTENT OR UNNECESSARY FEATURES!!!
