Natural Desktop Need HELP

Just got Natural Desktop, installed it ran it for about one hour, it shut down. Now every time I try to run it my windows screen jumps up & say's (Natural Desktop.exe has stoped working) a problem has caused windows to stop working correctly. Window will now close the program & check for a solution to the problem. How do I fix this? I have already tried reinstalling it didn't help.
