This game sounds like it has the best storyline I have ever seen in a video game.

looks intresting. maybe sites like the home of the underdogs or abandonia might have it.

some other good story-lines...

check out starcontrol 2 (most famous space adventure game out there)

and

Outpost 2 (meh gameplay, but after every mission for each of the sides, you get to read a new chapter of a novel)

google em, they are old, but both are "set free"
