.......try to fix some stupid bugs in the game

the game is full of leavers then AI takes control of the leaving players demigod and starts to feed....take the whole fuking hero away from the game or put it some kind of insane level cos now it playes like shit and the game is over

50% times when trying to connect to internet games, it screen frozes -> reboot

why put so incomplete game out ?

All,

This is my first day on the forums and 3rd day playing demi.  For what its worth, I come from a solid 3 year DOTA background.   I will just give my 2c on this topic. 

As much as there are technical issues with this game, I believe it has extraordinary potential and as long as I know the developers are working on the issues and remain communicative about them, I honestly could not care less.  Unfortunately many games nowadays are prematurely released (some recent trend) and are only really ready 6 months after release date.  That said, a lot of issues with online games CANNOT be resolved UNTIL post release as its only THEN that they are truly put to the test.

Nonetheless, there are quite a few random crashes (more then one would expect) with this game.  This is espcially the case when you alt+tab.  One that I am able to replicate 100% of the time is when I am online and am waiting in a game lobby and do an alt + tab and attempt to get back in, I get a totaly gray screen.  When I go to task manager, demi's status reads "fatal exception."

Game was effectively broken at release, but that is all water under the bridge now.  You cannot go back and put the genie in the bottle.  The current state of the game is not perfect, but it is damn playable and fun to boot.  Custom games work well with the major issue being a player created issue - rage quiting.  Patheon needs a bit of tweaking but in the main, it also works.  The game is definitely in retail shape right now and suffers no more or less from bugs than any other retail game.

Its been out for so long? It really hasn't. Its been out all of a month or a little over a month. Its frustrating but I am looking at this game how good it really will be more like a year from now. It probably won't even look the same online.

Whilst I agree with you, a month can feel liek a reeeeeeealy long time when you're as excited about a game as much as I was abotu DG. All I want to do is play it... that's all. No more no less. Some content updates down the path will be nice. But for now just to have a stabel workign game would be nice. But no... a month of crashes, network issues and bugs. This game will be awesome once it's finished, by it's my opinion (and many others) that it was released unfinished and untested. I hope the sales hit that GPG will be taking because of this rashness will teach them a very important lesson...
