Games splitting

It seems like I can't finish a game now. Every time I get a lobby together it ends up splitting, or at least I suspect it of splitting. The game with Big Abbot did that, and again now it looks like it happened. I'm not sure if it split, but myself and one other person remained, and I think it split. I've had a bunch of games that ended in a similar way, everyone leaving the game spontaneously, and me by myself, finishing some of the time, but not others.

My game split off the main game. I played out a game based on the same game they did, but when they disconnected, they had a game without me, and I had a game without them.

In a nutshell, when people lose connection to each other, they are each still playing a game. It's just that these games have the other players replaced by AI. Whoever wins their game first gets it recorded as a win.

Yeah i understand that and have had it happen ... just never heard of it as a "split". Because he even mentioned being in the lobby and it happening. The only thing i can think of is he is getting disconnected... because if everyone else is fine and he is the only one that keeps getting "De-sync'd" as they call it ... then its prob him.

I've had this happen (at least) twice... the first in a 4v4 where one guy on our team got the win screen nearly 10 minutes before me, two of us got it a bit later, and then the last guy finally got it 2-3 minutes after we did.  It was very weird.  The first guy to get the win screen had his recorded as a loss (counting it as a discount I think).  It happened again tonight in a 3v3 but much less severe this time.  I was given a loss for our win even though I played the game to completion.

 

I've also had an expeirence where I ended up viewing another game's lobby for 20-30 seconds while I was for a game to start.  Don't know how or why, but I was watching a lobby for a 3v3 on Cataract (and I was not listed in the players or connections) while I was actually in a lobby for a 4v4 on Exile.  Very weird.

 

This P2P system they have going is very bad, imho.

I've had this happen a couple of times.  Once it was about 30s before we killed their Citadel :/.
