Stardock Error

I have owned Galactic Civilizations since it came out. I have used Stardock numerous times and have never had a problem with it. After the upgrade to Stardock 1.0 it will not start. I always get the following error...

Failed to initialize XML data, please reinstall the application to correct this problem.

And before anyone asks... I have tried to reinstall the program
