I am furious with this company

I bought this program over a year ago and now with all this new software "impulse" i cant even reinstall it on my new comp.  Cannot find the activation code.  Nowhere to log into using my user and pass. 

I tried to install Impulse and  there is no login for me not that multiplicity is even listed in the list of programs in the software.

This whole process is so lame i cannot even believe it.  Just give me a stupid login on your website already so i can log in like before and get my code!!!!!!!!

Ive sent several emails to support with NO ANSWER AT ALL.

Im at a loss on what to do. I AM NOT GOING TO BUY THIS AGAIN AND FALL FOR YOUR LAME ORDER OVER AND OVER TACTICS!!!

I swear companies do this just to get you to buy it over again out of frustration.
