Resolution Crash - Twilight of the Arnor

Hey folks, not sure if this is the right place but what the hell.

I recently installed Twilight onto another, better computer i have here. As i was tweaking the the resolution for my screen in the menu, I might have gotten it a bit too high, cause when i clicked for a preview the whole thing crashed. After constantly trying to get back into fix it, it won't even start now.

So my question, is there any way i can change the screen resolution without actually getting into the program itself?

Ah, and i have already tried a re-install, which hasn't worked as well.
