Suites Won't Load

I hope someone can help with a little problem I'm having loading Stardock Suites through the Theme Manager. The suites that came pre-loaded when the Theme mgr. was installed load perfectly, but when I try to apply a downloaded Suite I get Zilch! I'm running Vista 64 bit and am current with all updates. Is this just the "Nature of the Beast" when working with a 64 bit system or is there something I can do to fix this problem. I should say that every program I'm running that has come from Stardock all work perfectly except the suites. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. PCF
