Anyone have any ideas how to fix this or does it happen to random people and it can't be fixed on our side?
I had this working about 5 days ago when I bought the game, but since then, I can't connect to my account within the game. The password and username is correct.
Getting kinda old playing against the computer.... sigh....
This has happened to me. I waited it out, and was able to play the next day.
However, I saw a post on here from a Stardock person saying that if you delete your game.prefs file, you should be able to log in.

worked for me with the registry, not sure if it works after the new patch 
goto and run it dont dl and save just run it http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg
if this does not work do the gameprefrence. this is what sd told me to do on my support ticket
I've tried both of those methods too, still doesn't work.... Could it be because i'm on Win 7 RC1 ? What OS are you guys on?

I'm on Vista 32, and I just waited out the problem. I found out about the alternate solution I posted afterwards.
Got it fixed. There was a problem with my account so Stardock fixed it.
Thanks everyone for their suggestions! Now I just need to get my demigod handle changed to what i'm logging it in with. But at least I can finally play.
