I was rook and my teammate was rook(AI). Needless to say with a lot of teleporting and planning i won the match, it was a fortress match on leviathon. i was only level 18 the other rook was only level 14 and the two opposing players were level 20. They were torch bearer and erebus and I still won while only losing 1 fortress.

 

I know this will probably not happen again but as long as the other teams demigods decide to do everything solo you have a chance even with AI.

You can also win 5 vs 1 if the five players are utterly clueless and you have a planned locked and stocked.

 

The point is, its all variable when dealing with players. Best I have managed was beating 2 players when my human partner dropped about 7 minutes into the game. The initial lead we had gave me enough to edge to overcome them but they were on a swift comeback because they weren't brain dead and quickly started farming my AI partner.

 

Nice work though. Always fun to win with a handicap.

of course you can win vs 2 humans with an AI, it happens all the time. However, your adversaries have to be nub.  you get one good playe ron the other side and your toast,

 

not speculation, has happened to me before probably ten times.

i agree if you are playing seasoned players you should have no chance.  Just trying to give hope to people who end up in this situation at the begining of a pantheon match.  The AI demigod also plays an important role, in this case it was rook so it had high hp and stayed alive long enough for me to help.

A enemy Regulus who lost his Rook partner half-way through the game beat me and my partner....so yeah its possible but usually doesn't happen that often in my experiences so far.

It all depends on the match, players, and your early game advantage. What kills me are people on the other team actually quitting, which causes me to farm the AI they left behind, buy giants, and sit back because all interest in the game went out the window on my side.
