A handfull of multiplayer issues

1. Games with no password will require a password. Is sometimes fixed by either re-hosting or both players restarting their clients.

2. Failed to join game. Don't know cause, but do know that when many players are trying to get into a game, it will fail to join.

3. People will join games but won't be connected to another player, and can't start the game. Is fixed by rejoining.

4. Random connection splits.
