4/16 Update Hanging at 29%

Hello,

I've been able to get previous updates and play online.  When I go to update DG through Impulse for the 4/16 patch, the download is hanging at 7.63MB (~29%).  I've closed and reopened Impulse and and also canceled and restarted the download and have not had any success.  This is my first game using Impulse so I'm not sure if this is a common occurrance or something unexpected.  Any suggestions to resolve the issue would be appreciated.
