Single Player Mode

I bought Demigod when it was released, just because a like the other Stardock games a lot. I read before that the Stardock is investing a lot of resources to create an great single player experience.

"Players will be surprised how deep the single player campaign will be. It will be much more than skirmishes", I read in an interview. I bought the game because I trusted this. There was no word of "this is an pure multiplayer game, don't be so silly to expect a decent single player mode", like it is stated in other posts.

Right now, there just is nothing like a single player campaign, it's just the AI replacents of online players. Always the same maps, no story or development at all. What really bothers me is that you cannot even chose to control more than an single Demigod, what makes the game extremely simple and boring, there is just to little to do.

Other things that should not happen: no tutorial, no manual, no real ingame help.

I must agree that this game seems unfinished. It would be nice if Stardock would live to its own standards and finish this game and add the promised features.

Actualy I am finding the single player pantheon alot of fun. I am amazed how much I'v learned about how to play TB in just 5 matches. I plan on running it through with every DG to better understand how they all play. I also am trying each DG in skirmish so I can determin what side I want to join in the online pantheon.

I'm allready hooked on the single player, I'm afraid what will happen once I start multi-player.

i started much like you... cautious.. uneasy.. testing.. but eventually.. eventually i stepped forth and got royally fucked by the online experience.. ALAS i found the glory in Hamachi.. and i have not turned back.

Multiplayer is amazing, and when the warez faggotry stops and lets us onto the Online MP service.. it will rock my socks
