[BUG] Lord Erebus Mist Evade

At the end of the "Mist" line there is an ability that give Erebus a boost to evade, but it only seems to take place when he is in "Mist" form. This kind of defeats the purpose.

 

Perhaps I'm wrong, but it seems like this is the case.
