Where is the player's manual?

OK, so I'm probably slow and am missing something obvious, but I can't find the player's manual.  I bought the game digitally back in beta testing, and I have no clue where I go to see the manual. 

I know how to play the game and all that, but I really like looking at manuals for reasons I don't fully understand.  Is there somebody out there who knows where I can find it on Impulse or otherwise?
