Pre-order still counts?

Just a quick question regarding whether or not I'll still get Demigod Desktop Theme if I order now.

I ordered 3 weeks ago, but because my credit card got frozen yesterday, I got an email saying a processing error has occured. So instead of waiting, can't I just order the game again (parents using their credit card), and it'll still count as pre-order, because I really want that Theme for my desktop.

If so, I'll still get the key today?

Also, if I CAN just let my parents use their card, I'll still have to use my own email, if I've understood correctly?!
