How can I pick the installation folder when installing via Impulse?

The title says it all...
Right now, I have my 5 and a half years old PC for 4 days and want to install Sins on it. My C: partition is pretty much filled up and can't istall it there, but on the other one I have good 18gb free space and can't figure out how to make Impusle install the game there. Right now it says that I have not enough disk space.
And, besides that, would you tell me if I would be able to play online witout lagging. My internet here is good, but the PC is Radeon 9550 256 mb, 1 gb ram and AMD Barton 2500+ (1,11 ghz). I don't care about the lvl of the details, just want to be able to play online smoothly.

You can also change the temp files folder since your C:\ is pretty much full.
