New mod coming soon... in the near future... um... eventually

Yes thats right I'm making a semi-total-conversion mod, its only 'semi' because I'm not going all out to change the grafix (although I did add my own logo and a new revolt symbol).

Anyway its called 3rd Genisis. Basically all the empires of the 2225 space race have mysteriously vanished (sound familiar? :| ) and have left room for new civilizations to come about.

My favorite Civ is (so far) the Vyder. they are a bunch of Iconian service robots, their transport ship crashed on a desolate world and they've been sitting there for the last millinia. And then suddenly they were all activated and using some tech from the ship they found themselves to be in they've started an advanced civilization in less then a couple months.

There is also a civ of some Humans that actually survived the vanishing of the races.

Anyway heres just a preview of what will happen when you hit metaverse with the use mods button checked.

I've been working on this mod for a couple days so there is still a LOOOOOOOOOOONG road ahead.

Also I would like to thank guantlet for his RaceMods. big help with the grafix since I couldn't make that myself.

Also a big thanks to Drengin for his starbase mods.

Anyway its called 3rd Genisis.

Shouldn't that be spelled - Genesis?

That is my contribution, since it sounds rather lame so far.

And by the way, millinia should be spelled millennia.

But, I'm open to more detail in the story line. What, after a thousand years, would cause 'service' robots to suddenly become active? And how could service robots become intelligent to the point of sentience - in the span of a couple of months no less?
