how to upload a wpm skin on wincustomize

i do not see any way to upload a kin on your site, so please could you show me yhe way to upload this file here.

Go to WC homepage.  In the upper right hand area of the page you will see "submit to gallery".  Click this and follow the instructions.  I assume you mean WMP not WPM.
