Perhaps this would be a good time to get back down to earth Flurus.

oh boy. some player really know nothing about the game. No wonder flurus won a 1v4. But I guess the a.i were a bit $$ feeder.

Pfft. Everyone knows more than 300 damage is a hack.

If he's that mad at a 900+ shot, I'd hate to see how he would react to my shatter combo for 2k+...

Next time someone argues that Demigod involves "no skill" please refer them to this post. :)

Funny stuff.  I do want to point out though that playing a 1 vs X where some of the X are human and some AI can actually be to the advantage of the solo player, depending on the game mode.  The AI is so incredibly stupid they are a easy money/xp.  In addition being solo means all xp goes to one player.  Put those together and the solo player can amass better items and a serious level advantage.  Then add in some newbies on the other side who don't get the mechanics and it seems very hacky to have a solo player kicking your whole teams ass.

To be fair to the OP, someone who knows the game can kind of cheese Regulus so that late game he's pretty much firing a machine gun of high damage attacks. I'd say that it's not so much skill as much as knowing which items to build your demigod with.

Glad u beat them I lost to them 3 humans vs 1

To be accused of cheating is a testimate to one's skill. Also quite juvinile of the accuser.

Yes I accused him of hacking, considering the fact that the other 2 players would continue to walk into him every single time.  By level 14 he was plunking 800 point shots from his main base all the way to the flags.  Always amusing that if they were computers they would decide to go to his base, sit there in front of the forces of light towers and just stand there waiting for him.  They would literally stand just at the front of his base, not attack anything and he'd just come kill them, 3/4 of the time they wouldn't even run or attack him.  You tell me, either thats a hack (or consider it cheating if you will)  or he's playing with players he knows and they just let him level up and gain money while the rest of us try to actually play the game. Interesting you all just discount that as being juvenile (spell it right at least, all modern browsers have a spell check).  Either the AI is the mentally retarded version written by furbies, or something is very wrong with the way they are written.  If they weren't bots then there was something going on, and if that is the case, that is BS.

I could be wrong in all of this, the way it played out I highly doubt it because it was so blatently obvious.

As for you horseradish, you can blame stardock, we don't choose the teams, they put you on a 1v3.

Unfortunately, the AI can be that stupid sometimes, and brand new players can be just as bad.

This wasn't the AI, even they weren't this bad, and they will attack the base.  These guys would walk up, stand there and do nothing, he'd come attack and they wouldn't even swing at him, just turn after they got within 500 life and then start walking backwards enough that the forces of light towers couldn't kill them.  They would just move out of range of the towers then turn back towards him.  Wish I could have video'd it, you'd all have thought something a little out of place.

In dota it is possible for 1 person to beat a full team (of noobs). Get more gold, more xp and better items/ skills faster. And since regulus can stay out of range, he is not easy to kill.

Exactly, this isn't proof of skill.

Very amusing comment by the noobs, though.

Flurus is a well known member of the beta community and we are all having a laugh at him being accused of hacking/cheating.  While anyone who has enjoyed a Flurus smackdown can understand your frustration, you should do yourself a favor and better learn the mechanics of the game.

I haven`t found the A.I. to be that stupid. Predictable to an extent, perhaps. Stupid, not generally.

How do you take a snapshot in game?

Actually, i've found that the AI *does* go right next to my tower and do nothing while I hit them from "out of their range" with regulus.

AI is just shitty right now.

If it makes you feel any better, you were playing against someone who is probably one of the top 5 players so far.  He definitely does not cheat.

He do not cheat I can confirm.

I already figure out the actual AI. I know how they react if I do a specific action. One thing u didnt notice yet, the AI alway fellow the same pathfinding in other word, the rally point. I have over 100 pantheon matchs and over 100 custom games played. Hacking on a beta, seriously, I have better thing to do.

i gotta say thats funny, to accuse flurus of hacking, and in the beta of all times!, though i have had many of the same experiences when its 1v4 and im the TB, just wrech everything, and lately with the VL. but i think it actually puts new players at a disadvantage when its stacked  4v1 like was mentiond, if the player knows the upgrades and items to get, they will get them at a faster pace with the "free" money from AI, and increased xp rate will get them there skills faster= mass pwnage of newbs and ai alike
