Looking for an expert

I am wanting to make a desktop x that has shortcut objects on it. What I want are letters of the alphabet that when you click on them they burst into flame. Is that possible?

Lots of things are possible with DesktopX .  I would suggest going to the WC DesktopX Gallery Libraries and PM'ing or emailing one of the skinners like PuterDudeJim, sViz, bilbo1930 and asking them for pointers, help or assistence.  They always seem to offer help.  Good luck to you to, sounds interesting. :sun:

Text objects are possible with DesktopX (create object, open properties, go to the states tab and change appearance from image to text) and you can easily turn them into shortcuts. See HERE on making shortcuts.

The bursting into flames, I would imagine, you'd have to do in photoshop  as an animation. Afterwards, you can add that animation to the object in DesktopX, so when you click on the object the animation plays. See HERE for how to add animations.
