Edit: Actually Koda0, I ran out of ideas for that thread, but I did check yours, and at the very least it is more feasable than half of the ideas that I've mentioned.

@ koda0- I too checked out the forum and your latest reply, you seem to have some good ideas, and while the devs may not use them (I do think they pay attention) due to the fact they want to keep things simple, they did leave the game open to a lot of personal modability and having done my own (check out my work with the pirates on the distant stars mod) it is relatively easy to mod the game and make your own planets (admittedly it is a little harder, at least for me, to do the whole change image of planet thing) so I suggest that you pull down some others planet mods and modify them yourself (if you want to release them publicly I suggest you get permission first)
