And drug dealers are not exactly self-governing. They do tend to dodge the law and I knew a few that pissed off bigger suppliers and got pretty fucked up as a result. Nope, everyone has a hierarchy.

Teal is trying to get her backstory out of the way to come into DS, but there is already a time reference (the fall of Galan) in place. I'm working with her to slow stuff to where it fits well.
Stant and I have been more active than some others, and we're just trying to keep the momentum.
Oranos has all but disappeared, so we would love to give everybody their fair turn, but that would delay us indefinitely.
I would love for others, such as yourself, to get in there and throw up some posts and get things moving holistically. Even if it's a short post, it's something. The point is to make sure all the characters are keeping themselves involved in the universe, even if only doing little chores, such as Stant and I.

but the next big arc was going to start with Oranos and his "I Come in Peace Jam '10".
Since that's not working, I'm trying to muster up my own large arc that requires as few people as possible, mostly to get it going although I'm cool with others joining in later.
Teal wants to add her own arc, which I am facilitating.
G Bison is moving on his, which will hopefully have a more holistic impact soon.
Stant is in full swing with his arc but, like mine, it doesn't require others get involved unless they want to.
Carbon has two potential arc involving the Ue and his own personal goals, but he is rarely on.
Xenon had a good run, but is mostly functioning through others.
Ryat, you hit the end of your major arc and have delayed on J'rah's.
Rotskull is a true RPer and so is waiting for opportunities to act/react. Ryat, you're kinda in on that.
SivCorp has some he could potentially approach with a plan, such as Bison, you (for J'rah) or myself (involving the Kris Slavers).
Alpha is doing his arc, but it too is compartmentalized.

as for myself I can only say that I kinda got burned out/RL Issues/Working on my own novel/read David Weber's Honor Harrington Series (12 main books plus many others) on DVD going on plus I was hoping of doing more with Xenon and getting with Oranos for his Peace Jam thing, as for Rotskull we've talked and I laid down some ideas but nothing to lift off yet

Would have loved to see you do more with Xenon when his suit went out of power. Would have loved to see Xenon do more with you in the aftermath of Kyrene. Nothing involving Xenon goes far.
