Multiple Network Cards

My client machine has 2 network card setups. My normal work network card & the Microsoft Loopback Adapter. The loopback adapter is necessary as one of my programs has copy protection assigned to it.

I 'm having an issue where my client machine multiplicity program is choosing the loopback adapter rather than my regular network adapter.

Is there a way to select which of the adapters it will use?
