Perhaps a bug in sks?

It's a couple of days that i'm working on my new skin and in particulary on the animations...i've made the animations for the startbutton and for the top part of the startmenu and all works fine...but are two days that i'm blocked on the another animation...someone have ever tried to make an animation on the program list (left)? Because happen a strange thing...the program list image that i have is 245 x 316 px, in a single frame the image works fine,then i apply others 15 frames with the same dimensions but in the animation the image lost his dimensions....It's extend towards the lower part...i'm thinking to abandoned this animation....after two days i'm little frustrate...suggestions?

Are you making the animations using the Start Panel animation builder?
