What to expect?

Hi All,
I'm using ObjectDock since its first release and my OjectDock Plus version is v1.90.537u, marked as created in august 7th, 2007...
I've tried some other docks and currently using a combination of ObjectDock+ and XWindows Dock (see may post Skinnig Fever - https://forums.stardock.com/341092).

The questions are simple:
What is in the future of ObjectDock?
There is a future to be expect?

Almost two years waiting for news is a long time...

I've read posts that OD 2.0 is in development. My version is 1.90.033 from 8/08.

Long time since last update... many great things from SD has seen the light since then (like fences) but not a single beta or update to OD... what a shame!

Oh, there's a future allright. And like Island Dog said, it'll be some pretty cool stuff. I wonder if the soon-to-be-release of Windows 7 has anything to do with the timing of it. Anyway, check out this thread, especially some of the last posts. The developer looked at the requests and may be incorporating some of them.

is there some timeframe when we can expect OD 2.0? Id love to see a stack docklet type thing built in.

Will it be a free upgrade for users how have purchased OD?
