Just got the game, but I have an Odd problem

I've only played through 2 campaigns so far, but I have had the same strange problem both times.  Around Week 32, my candidate gets stuck in New Mexico.  Even if I didn't have him there to begin with.  And I can't get him out.  I can make speeches, etc, but I can't fly to a different state at all.  Anybody else have this problem?  Or, what am I doing wrong?

Forgive me if this is already obvious:

In order to fly out of a state:

  • make sure your candidate is selected
  • make sure you have enough stamina
  • make sure you have enough money

If you still have the problem after meeting all the demands, make a gamesave and email it to us.
