different pre-order prices for digital only

the front page preorder price for digital only is listed as 44.95 and when you click on the 'PRE-ORDER' link at the top right of the screen it takes you to a different order page where the digital only price is 39.95. which is the correct price? i pre-ordered at 44.95.

$39.95 is the correct price. The page here has not been updated yet since the change was very recent.

We do want to make it a fair deal to those to preordered earlier in the beta and paid $44.95, but are still determining how we will compensate them. Details should be forthcoming when we have a plan ready.

so if i preordered but after the beta closed i should eventually be charged 39.95 since my credit card hasn't been charged yet, correct?

just a quick question regarding the "download + retail box" option.

 

Am i to assume this means that on the day of release i can download and play it - and i will also recive a standard retail boxed version with CD and Manual that you might expect to find in a store ?

S/H costs (varies by location) will be in addition to the $49.95 for the boxed CE itself.
