[Bug] All levels of Oak's shield remove debuffs.

The tooltip for rank 3 of Oak's shield says it removes debuffs but in reality all ranks of his shield remove debuffs.

zomg you didn't just report this as a bug...

This is Oak's best feature - if they nerf this then they better make his Spirits into giant dragons or something...

I agree, oak's shield removing debuffs from rank 1 is a big selling point. However, it is still a bug that the tooltip doesn't match what it does.

Change tooltip to say his shield removes debuffs at all ranks
