HELP!

hi ppl im not sure if im in the right part but i am having problems i want to make the start menu background transparent but i also want a single image in the top right hand corner but i just cant do it if anyone knows how to do this it would be great if you could let me know thanks

make your images png and import - set the png with whatever trans you want and so forth...
