How do i download without runing the update

I know that impulse is suposed to save time, but I have a computer that is not hooked to internet that some of these games are on. How do I download into a file so I can transfer the patches and mods.
Impulse is the only way of updating Stardock games, and Impulse must have internet access. We are working on an Impulse process that would allow Archiving from an internet PC, and Restore to a non-internet PC, no time when this will be available yet.
where on impulse can i find the updates section for galactic civilizations 2 ultimate edition? i REALLY like this game so i wanna patch it but i cant find the patches LOL
The GalCiv II UE is already built to the latest versions, so there are no 'updates' for it. But when there are updates, they are available when you are on the My Games tab in Impulse.
my galciv2 ultimate keeps crashing please help i have windows vista 64 and a sli navidia card
