MSIE skinning problem

I recently bought & installed windowblinds 6.4 on XP Pro SP3. Everything's working great except that the tabs in IE (tested v7 & 8) aren't skinned. No matter what, the actual tabs, where the title of the page you're on right above the browser window, are always default windows colours.

This ever happen to anyone else who may know of a fix or why it's happening? It really sux when you're using a dark grey or black skin but the friggin IE tabs stick out in bright pale blue.

IE tabs are not skinned on XP, only on Vista.

Unfortunately, the IE7 and 8 tabs won't skin on XP (only Vista).

You could always switch browsers.  Things look awesome on Firefox.
