Frustrated!

Hi Guys, I've just downloaded the express edition with a view to buying the full version but have come across problems. Firstly Impulse would not log in; I changed my proxy settings and now it is fine, Impulse is fully updated and logs in without any problems. However, when I use my stardock username / password after I click Play in TPM, it just says I have a bad user/pass combo. I don't understand at all. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
