Sins Forums
I know I'm putting in the registration key correctly and all should be good. I just purchased Entrenchment and now I can't download it because Sins isn't registered on Impulse.
I need a reply quickly because I just paid for this game for nothing.
Found out I had another account. I now have an account with Sins of a Solar Empire registered, and a seperate account with Entrenchment registered. WTF am I supposed to do now? It wouldn't let me log into my original account when I bought Entrenchment and now I'm stuck?
OK well I logged into this account again and removed the registration for Entrenchment...then I logged into my old account and added it. I'm updating the original game right now so when that's done hopefully Entrenchment will show up in the Downloads or Games tab...hoping so. and I'll go check my other post =D
If it doesn't, what I said in the other post should hold. They'll have to merge your emails under one account 
Well it appears to be in my list! The original game is still registered to an old email address but at least I have access to it. Can't change the registered email either but really makes no difference for now. Thanks again
To be safe, you should still open a support ticket so that both emails point to the same account and you won't have to worry about it in the future. It's a pretty common thing for them to take care of.
