I had this happen once with another purchase, actually.  As it turned out, the company that was supposed to receive the payment *requires* that paypal bill through a credit card rather than using existing funds of the paypal account.  Pissed me off, really, that same company had given me the funds in my paypal account through a rebate program, then refused to allow me to use them to make another purchase from them...  If you're using a cash balance in ur paypal account, rather than billing through a credit card, this may be what's going on.  Paypal withdrew the funds of the purchase from my cash balance, the company i was purchasing from reported paypal denied payment (cuz the card I had on file w/ paypal did indeed have no available funds), then paypal placed the missing funds back into my cash balance.  Ended up on calls with customer service at both paypal and the company to get it straightened out...frustrating.  Hope this helps.

If that name is your Stardock.net account Nickname your account only shows GalCiv II, not Sin's or the Entrenchment expansion. You could have 2 or even 3 accounts with us, they need to be merged back into one. Please e-mail us at support@stardock.com and give us as much data as you can about both the Sins & entrenchment purchases. The issue is that usually PayPal uses a different e-mail than your Stardock one.

Well, that would probably be because the purchase fizzled. I was about to buy them both, entrenchment was just the random first, but it seems it ended up me losing money and not getting any games.

;(

But the strange thing is, its not showing on my paypal history or anywhere else but my bank account and there it doesnt say anything but Auth. Debt. something. I had to call the bank to learn that its for you guys via Paypal. Not sure what happened there, and whos to blame, but hopefully i can sort this stuff out somehow.

Edit: Aaaand it seems its a problem with Paypal, sorry about the misplaced Customer's Rights rant, guys. Apparently when you get a "paypal denied" error, the funds are withdrawn into limbo for up to 30 days, and then returned.
