ObjectDock Crash

I cant seam to get it to work it keeps crashing I do have an acer computer and its giving me this

objectdock crashing,surely not.installed and uninstalled several times over last couple of years,keeps crashing so i use rocketdock,never crashed yet.

X3R0102 - Is this the free version of ObjectDock or the plus version?

First, Be sure to save your theme before doing all of this.

Please unload/quit ObjectDock so that it is not running, and then go to Start > Run... (Start > Start Menu Search in Vista) and then copy this into the command line:

for XP:     %userprofile%\local settings\application data\stardock

for Vista:  %userprofile%\AppData\local\stardock\

It will open a file folder. Delete any ObjectDock or ObjectDock Plus folders. Then restart ObjectDock, this should clear your issue.

did contact support,they said uninstall and reinstall which i did several times,happened with free version the upgraded tp plus version hoping that would sort it out but that was worse.i have an acer desktop as well.is it an acer thing.badly want to use it but never last more than  a couple of days.tried it with one dock and up to three docks but crashed.object dock needs to close ect.

yes and reinstalled,using it now.just finished setting it up with two docks.so far so good.thanks for your help even if it does not work.davy from scotland

ok I have tryed uninstall and reinstall I do have vista and as soon as i try to open it it crashes i dont even get a sec with it i tryed the %userprofile%\AppData\local\stardock\ thing and it still does the same thing I will email them and see what they say

lasted a whole day,failed to load this morning,objectdock has recovered from crash ect.back to rocketdock.
