why i cant play multigame??

when im trying to login it only says disconnected from ironclad online. what im doing wrong???

Did you update the game to version 1.13 using Impulse?

If you're already up to date, you may also need to allow the game through your software firewall (if any) and router. Allowing port 7000 should let you connect.
