I have a vista laptop 32 bit as primary and xp sp2 as secondary when i have MP set up i added the xp with ip/port and it says it successfully connected then i cant move to the other screen
Just got MP to work again, and then out of the blue (or so it seemed) it stoped working. In my case it connects to the secondary just fine (Vista to XP Pro) but in the systry, the icon says it'd disconnected for some reason.
It first started to act like this after either updated my TV tuner, installed DScaler (has been uninstalled now) or started Windows Media Center.
"There's no logic in the Federation moves here. My feelings tells me they'll destroy you"....*ahem!*
As said, I don't see why any of the above should affect MP in anyway, so I'm quite lost to be honest.
When I tried to have my secondary as primary etc. everything worked as it should. Any idea of what to do?
When you say you added the machine with the IP/Port, where did you enter the port settings?
