I have been looking at DesktopX and I am going to buy it I have and know how to customize my XP laptop with the following StarDock software logon Studio XP ,,,,,Icon Packager,,,,,,Bootskin XP,,,,,,,,ObjectDock,,,,,,,,,And I am even useing Logon Studio Vista ,,,,,,,,, but with the DesktopX for Vista It says you have to have impules installed for this to down load and up date,,, that is where I am running in to a snag question do you do that 1st or does it come with the DesktopX downlaod  when you purchase it ,,,,,,,,,,, What Did is down load the impulse 1st and and went to run it it came up with a error about NTLDR something or other Any help,,,,,,,,, suggesstions or even name calling

Impulse comes by itself and is the download and update platform. After downloading and installing Impulse, you go to the upper right corner and put in the email you used to buy Desktop X. You should then get the download of DX.

Never name calling! Everybody was new once, Ozaawaagosh.

Turn off the firewall when downloading this stuff, and any anti viral software.

You may have to uninstall what you have already...any trialware.

When you email them, include your product license (S/N) number (key), and all your system info...
