Multiplicity won't work!!

I need help.....:(

I can't figure out how to use Multiplicity. I have installed it on 2 machines. The primary sees the secondary. But I can't seem to use it. Hovering over the tray icon, I get the disconnected message.  Help please!!

I must say I feel rather silly....all I needed to do was to reboot!  And I am a trained PC Tech...lol.  :blush:
