Also, when I tried to delete a leftover folder from the public free version in windows/program files/stardock, vista would not let me delete
that folder at all. This is BEYOND FRUSTRATING, THAT i CAN'T GET THIS PROGRAM WORKING PROPERLY. I am beginning to wonder why I even
bothered with this program at all.

If you can't delete this directory . . perhaps you have other issues.
This is not a program issue. Vista folder permissions are set to 'deny' by default. You have to remove this to delete or access some folders.
Ahem... Impulse can (and will) do it ALL for you.
That's what I like; when your computer can do the work so you can be lazy! 
I don't think I can use impulse. I already bought windowblinds by mail with a money order and it appears that impulse requires a credit card purchase of windowblinds before I can download and reinstall with impulse instead. Perhaps I should just forget this stupid program. No program is worth this much hassle. except an operating system, LOL.
Wait, I found a way to use impulse after all, but after installing, windowblinds is asking for a reboot because of antispyware stuff. But Why?
I have already disabled windows defender (anti spyware) and windows firewall. In addition to that, I have already disabled Norton 360's
anti virus, anti spyware and firewall program. This doesn't make sense to me...
