Impulse is not Archiving a Game

Impulse doesn't want to archive a game when I click on 'Archive Application.' It will change the bottom two buttons of the the game info block (i.e. More Info => Cancel, Run => Pause) and that's it. There is no information that the archiving is occurring (i.e. percentages). Any ideas?

Check the following folder to see if the game did Archive, C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Impulse\backup

Or you could click on the blue SD logo and from the Menu choose 'Restore archive', then see if it's in the list.

Thanks, I've checked the directory, and it's empty. This is the oddest thing because I've done archives before on this machine. I'll try a reinstallation and see if that works.

A reinstallation didn't resolve this.

I experienced this with the Entrenchment beta for Sins but that was due to a broken XML file fixed in the 2.5 update I believe.

What game is it your trying to Archive thedott? You should perhaps open a support ticket with us, support@stardock.com
