[impulse] Install does not allow me to change the Install directory from defualt

For the new beta, I did a clean install. I unistalled the previous version and deleted my Demigod folder C:\Games\Demigod. When attempting to install beta 2d, I was unable to change the install directory which defualted to C:\Games\Stardock Games\Demigod. I restarted the compurter, tried creating new folders, and tried other directoried for install such as program files, all with no luck. Changing from the defualt has worked in the past, any thoughts?

Uninstalled Sins of a Solar Empire and now see it has the same issue.

Re-install of impulse solved the problem.

Same issue with beta 3. After uninstalling demigod, problem re-occured.
