WindowBlinds ane IE8 RC1

There is a problem with WindowBlinds and IE8 rc1. The input boxes (on google home page for example) are very tiny,2-3mm high and the same happens with submit buttons. Use the windows default skin and everything is OK. I know IE8 is in development however this problem does not happen with IE8 Beta 1 or 2.

I have lodged a ticket with Stardock support so if I hear anything I will post it here.

No need buddy, IE 8 is just a Beta, give them a chance lol, and there's a topic here about it. :)

i had the same problem.......

I just uninstalled IE8 and that sorted it out |-)

here is a fix! posted it in a couple of threads but it did drive me mad trying to fix it. so i try and help here

 

Or, you can open ie. goto tools\internet options\advanced and unclick the option for enable visual styles on buttons and controls in webpages.

and yes it is only in ie8rc1 but can be fixed.

the latest update to windowblinds fixes this problem. All is well with IE8 RC1 now :)
