THe Most Messed up thing about multiplayer games

If you feel that way, then I hope you'll join the campaign to encourage Ironclad/Stardock to enable auto-download for Galaxy Forge-made custom maps.  If this game allowed for auto-download then the marketplace would determine which custom maps are worthwhile and which are not.

Watch the language...this is a forum...young people are on it as well...maybe even pre-teen....

My view on this is that Stardock and Ironclad should have final say on what maps are put out there for this scenario to maintain quality control, but that the users should have input. The distribution chanel would then be Impulse. Maybe a slight tweak to the game to add another category - official non-core maps or something to seperate them from user custom maps...

Pre-teen kids should not be playing video games, my two-cents, they should be doing something outside, something athletic, not turning into blobs....  anyone that gets offended by bad language these days is living under a rock, get out from under it ....  

Well cptn_Miller different strokes for different folks.  I seen plenty of fat kids on the basketball court, just like I have always been skinny, stick-like person really, despite my habit of shunning the sun light.

On the subject: Are you refering to Random Maps, where we already haeve xpressed allt he issues and had some assurances theyw ill be addressed. Or are you referring to team starting positions not being optimal? This varies from map to map, as there is ability to put a team index in the map using galaxy forge.

Ok, it's not my fault if pre-teen kids are playing video games....yes everyone should be outside doing something.  Obesity sucks I bet...luckily I don't have to deal with it.  During the winter months...it may be a bit harder to do something athletic...I make the best of it by going to the gym every other day but it's still freaking cold....

I do agree there should be at least an option to look at the map while setting it up in SP or MP and choose where you want to start...most games allow that....or something along those lines

what I mean is when you play MP with lets say 2 teams and all your team m8s start next to each other, but you start between enemies...and its GG for you

lol, nah i don't give a crap about karma....there was semi-sarcaam in that last response of mine but it's hard to show in typing....

I'd say the most messed up thing about multiplayer games is that they attract leetspeaking munchkins; unless you're running a lan party for friends, you have to take the players you get (or drop out and keep retrying).

What? No Nintendo? No Mario? Look I was playing games since the commodore 64 and NES. I was also athletic and spent plenty of time out doors. I played soccer, football, and baseball. Video games don't cause kids to be lazy. Bad parents do.
