Impulse Client Image Upload

Is this ever going to be fixed?  I would like to upload an avatar for my account but on every computer I use with Impule I get the same image upload error about Flash not being right but I have the very latest version.  Does someone have some detailed instructions on how to overcome this issue?  Sorry for spamming a subject that has been discussed.

Th eproblem is that the latest version changed enough that it won't work.  Flash 9 is what you need.

Ok, but how do I even get an older version of Flash at this point and why can't Stardock just fix this system so it works with the latest version?
