TotA: AIs keep trying to trade techs with me that I already have

I occasionally get popups indicating an AI wants to trade a tech with me, but I already have the tech they are offering.  The tech they mention they are offering for the one of mine they want is in the text of their message, but of course not listed in their actual offer since I already have it.

 

I have only encountered this since installing Twilight of the Arnor.

I have encountered the same thing. 3 times I think. It doesn't seem to happen very often though, once every game or so. To be honest, I only remember the Drengin making these offers. But it is quite funny, since you can agree to the trade and get nothing. I really wish I could try that on the AI, trade for tech's they already have.

I can confirm, this has happened to me multiple times.  AI offers techs that you already have.
