Neutral ethical description

On the descriptions for the Neutral ethical alignment (I think its in the original + DA + TA), it mentions unique weapons and defensive techs ... so where are they?

The description really needs to be updated. Neutral alignment has never had any unique weapons or defenses.

The biggest thing with Neutral is the Neutrality Learning Centers (NLC). They will increase your research more than any other building in the game, so you can research the higher techs faster.

Nah, in TA, it's the 25% discount on rush buying.

(Doesn't work in DL/DA-fix please?)

I modded in that Neutral will get better engine and support abilities. I think that would be a good thing for stock GC2 as well.

The first sentence of my first post answered the question.

Everything else we have said is pure fluff and off-topic. Especially modded-in abilities that won't work in MV games.

Watch it... you really should be aware that the default gameplay balance (as in, total context with ALL elements factored in) between Good & Evil is nothing else than some clear & sharp Neutrality dealings that can tilt the Peaceful into Oblivion faster than it was meant to be. Another reason why i simply hate playing with Mega Events - i've got my hands full with making a key choice with Alignment that definitely seals my faith & fate.

Question is, who really knows what **too** Evil or self-weakening patterns (by choice or not) of the Good few can do to a clearly attainable (or pre-defined by incode calculations, btw) winning condition?

Neutral is by FAR, the strongest to play with when Tech or Influence is someone's aim -- as it is. Considering the AIs races leaning status at that pivotal moment of possible Ethics, though.

Yes, Neutral is by far the strongest.

But, only if you know how to use it. And not only with Tech or Influence, but with Military as well.
