How to put in Wincustomize docklets

I got some useful docklets from wincustomize and I'm wondering how to put them in. Any help?

if it downloaded zipped.. unzip it and put the folder with the docklet in the Object Dock docklets folder

 

on xp is generally in: C:\Program Files\Stardock\ObjectDock\Docklets

 

then when you right click on ObjectDock and choose add new docklet it should be in the list
